Highland Park police blotter for Feb. 12 — Feb. 18, 2013

The following incidents were listed in the official reports of the Highland Park Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest by police does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
DUI
Gina Ojeda, 35, of the 4100 block of Midlane Drive, Wadsworth, was charged Feb. 13 with driving under the influence following a traffic stop on the 2600 block of Skokie Valley Road. Ojeda also was cited for driving an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding. Her court date is March 22.
William Mays, 26, of the 30000 block of Waukegan Road, Lake Bluff, was charged Feb. 17 with driving under the influence after police responded to a two-car accident on the 2600 block of Skokie valley Road. Mays also was cited for driving on an expired license and failing to reduce speed. His court date is March 15.
DRUGS
Jose Rodriguez, 26, of the 8700 block of Sheridan Road, Kenosha, Wisc., was cited Feb. 12 for possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on the 2100 block of Skokie Valley Road. Rodriguez was assigned a March 21 date to appear before an administrative hearing officer at City Hall.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE
Debra Klein, 48, of the 2700 block of St. Johns Ave., Highland Park, was charged with criminal damage to property Feb. 11 after police responded to a report of a domestic dispute. Her court date is March 4.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS
Mary Ohlinger, 55, of the 3200 block of Carmon Drive, Rockford, was charged Feb. 12 with criminal trespass after police responded to a complaint on the 1700 block of St. Johns Avenue. Her court date is April 24.
