Highland Park park board to meet Tuesdays

HIGHLAND PARK — The Board of Commissioners of the Park District of Highland Park has changed its scheduled meetings from Thursday to Tuesday evening for 2013.
During most months, the park board will hold a workshop meeting on the second Tuesday of the month and a regular board meeting on the fourth Tuesday of the month. The next regular board meeting is Jan. 22.
All meetings begin at 6 p.m. and are held at West Ridge Center, 636 Ridge Road, Highland Park, unless otherwise indicated.
Park District Director Liza McElroy said the Tuesday dates will not generally conflict with meetings of other local governments.
