Highland Park police blotter for Feb. 19 - Feb. 25, 2013

The following incidents were listed in the official reports of the Highland Park Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest by police does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
DUI
Misty Stonerock, 24, of Chillicothe, Ohio, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with driving under the influence after police responded to a driving complaint on the 1900 block of Skokie Valley Road. Stonerock also was cited for failing to signal a lane change and driving while her license was suspended. She is due in court April 5.
Jeremy Guzman, 26, of the 900 block of Polar, Waukegan, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with driving under the influence after police responded to a driving complaint on the 2600 block of Skokie Valley Road. Guzman also was cited for driving without a valid license. His court date is March 22.
Julius Davis, 27, of the 800 block of Cummings Ave., Waukegan, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with driving under the influence and endangering the life of a child following a police stop on the 2900 block of Skokie Valley Road. Davis also was cited for driving without a valid license and speeding. He is due in court March 22.
REVOKED LICENSE
Fidel Flores-Martinez, 27, of the 1700 block of McGovern St., Highland Park, was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with driving on a revoked license and other violations after a traffic stop at Central Avenue and First Street. His court date is March 13.
DRUGS
Emily Fraulini, 18, of the 1500 block of Eastwood Ave., Highland Park, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with possession of marijuana after police officers investigated a suspicious, occupied vehicle on the 700 block of Stratford Road. Her court date is March 13.
THEFT
Jennifer Han, 23, of the 300 block of Connors Trail, Vernon Hills, was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with felony theft after police responded to a report of an employee theft on the 1700 block of Green Bay Road. Her court date is pending.
CREDIT CARD
Anthony Matoian, 39, of the 700 block of Alma Court, Carpentersville, was arrested Feb. 19 on a Highland Park warrant alleging two counts of unlawful use of credit cards. His court date is pending.
