Golden Apple Award

Know a K-5 teacher who deserves special recognition? The Highland Park Community Foundation invites you to nominate him or her for a Golden Apple Award. Any full-time classroom teacher who spends the majority of their time teaching grades K through fifth in North Shore School District 112 may be nominated. Nomination forms are available on the district website at www.nssd112.org, and are due by Dec. 31.

In addition to being honored by their school and the district, they will receive a $2,000 cash prize, an iPad, and an opportunity to share their expertise with colleagues and contribute to the improvement of teaching in their schools.
